Sam Trickett from East Leake Kickboxing is a Junior National Champion and he led a group of 20 noisy & excited Scouts from Ruddington a varied evening of exercises and moves which had them all doing the first movements of real kickboxing. He had their undivided attention and us leaders were spellbound as well. He charges £45 for the evening whether it is 1 hour or 3 hours long and that price includes all kit and any other incidentals.
